"Exactly what we needed”
My boyfriend and I wanted to get away from Boston for a week, so we decided to stay in Sabrina's 1-bedroom apartment.
Everything met our expectations. The apartment itself fit the listing description and was clean and comfortable, with a fully-stocked kitchen, internet and a great porch overlooking the canal. We enjoyed eating meals on the porch and exploring local beaches, parks, shops and restaurants. The apartment is in a great location so we didn't have to drive far to find a beach or restaurant. It's even pretty close to the airport.
Matt (the groundskeeper?) was super-friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. We were also fortunate to have friendly neighbors (the people upstairs and the people living on the boats in the canal).
All in all, it was exactly what we needed. We had a great time and would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway at an affordable price.

We highly recommend this property rental; our family of 5, including teenagers, had the greatest time in Lauderdale-by-the-Sea! We felt right at home in this rental & we are returning visitors to the area; we’d never stay anywhere else now. This rental is immaculate with luxuries galore, including your own private pool. It’s a short walk to the beach, shopping, restaurants & ice-cream/dessert shops, plus walking distance to all of the excitement L-B-T-S offers all year round including live bands & more. While enjoying all the area had to offer it made us realize a rental car isn't a must have if you enjoy leisure walks to get whatever you may want/need during your stay. Very safe area, on a quiet street; beautiful scenery, gorgeous clean beach & ocean. The rental is pet-friendly too. Total bang for your buck and worth every dollar! We cannot say enough good things about this rental. Enjoy paradise!

“​Wonderful Family Vacation”
We were very pleased to find the townhouse was exactly as advertised. It was perfect for our family's needs and was well equipped. The location was ideal for walking to the beach, restaurants and shops. Communication with the property manager was quick and easy with all questions answered in a timely manner. We were a bit nervous booking and paying for everything on line, but everything went off without a catch. We would definitely go back!

“Beautiful home and a very enjoyable stay!”
Our family truly enjoyed our week in this beautiful home. Loved the intracoastal location with all the different boats passing by. The pool and spa were lovely and our phone call for some pool questions was promptly answered and help was immediately provided.
